This paper studies the multi-attribute decision-making problem,in which attribute weights is incomplete and attribute values and preference values on alternatives are triangular fuzzy numbers.By analyzing irrationality of attribute weights obtained by using deviation existed between attribute values and preference values on alternatives in related reference,we build and solve a programming model for obtaining attribute weight based on deviation between synthesizing values and preference values on alternatives. Then, based on the possibility degree formula of triangular fuzzy numbers and priority formula of complementary judgment matrix,we obtain priority of alternatives. Finally,a practical example is given to illustrate the developed method.
