Its one of the main problems using water environmental data that Its hard to share and utilize water environmental data effectively for the difference information standards in different regions and departments.Based on theory of information resource planning,requirements investigation is carry out about water environment monitoring and management,through government planning and decision,scientific research and the public use.Data center of water environment monitoring and service platform,which offers management,analysis and sharing services of Tai Lake Basin water environmental data,were built after analyzing a variety of resources related to water environment and studying the water environment data and database system.It may be the demonstration for river basins building information management system of water environment monitoring.
