According to the specific ecological environment,natural resources,social and economic characteristics of Zhang river basin,based on the Skyline and Web GIS platform development the decision support system of Zhang river water environment with the technology of GIS and virtual visualization. The decision support system of Zhang river water environment is the data integration center of basin water environment monitoring,which implement all kinds of information visualization query,dynamic monitoring and analysis as well as the integrated assessment and evolution prediction. For the system,provide the theoretical basis,key technologies and information platform support for important policy decisions such as the construction and management of basin and assessment,control and prediction of water environment.
