Some Conditions of Nonsingularity of Linear Combinations of Idempotent Matrices

The nonsingularity of linear combinations of two idempotent matrices is discussed by using null space of matrices and thus proves the necessary and sufficient conditions of nonsingularity of linear combinations of two idempotent matrices.The results are partially generalized.
