The transformation from GPS receiver(OEM) binary data to RINEX file

The paper first introduces the GPS receiver's RINEX standard exchange format,and then clearly discusses transformation methods and some problems that need to notice from the binary data file to the character file.At last through comparing and analysing among the four OEM(Hemisphere,Javad,AC12 and NavCom) board's binary data format,the paper discusses methods about converting GPS receiver binary data file to RINEX file.
