The Study on SCADA System Testing Based on Object-oriented Dababase

This paper describes a data acquisition simulating system based on object oriented database,which is used in SCADA system testing．It constructs real time database to describe SCADA system and relationship of tele measurement points．It simulates the variation of points and builds a data acquisition simulating system．The system provides an environment for tesing SCADA／EMS,DA,and power market system．
