The ways of energy conservation for liquid Phase bulk polymerization

Analysis show that high stream consumption, high circulation water consumption and high electricity consumption can result in high energy consumption of liquid phase bulk polymerization. A series of schemes, such as technical transtorm, adopting new technology, optimization operation, etc. was carried out. The ex- pected results showed that an energy consumption drop of 64% and an annual profit of 2 million yuan can be achieved.
