A Level Measurement Method for Coal Warehouse Based on Machine Vision

Level measurement meters at present can not display the real image of coal warehouse when showing coal level,so inaccurate level information may mislead the operator or cause an overflow accident of coal warehouse.A device for level measurement is designed to detect the changing optical circle in real time by machine vision method,and calculate the coal level by analyzing diameter or area of the optical circle.Then the device outputs the level value and encode real image of coal scene of warehouse,effectively avoiding misleading operator.
