The accurate evaluation of combat effectiveness is an important base for the development of early warning detection system.The combat effectiveness model and index system of early warning detection system is established.A new evaluation method of membership cloud gravity center(MCGC) is tried to use to evaluate the combat effectiveness of early warning detection system.
