Design and Implementation of the Popular Science on Mobile Learning Platform of Urban Mass Transit

In view of the current urban rail transit technology and safety knowledge scope is narrow small,science content,less is not compatible with the current situation of mobile learning platform,uses the Bootstrap framework to design and develop a knowledge system which is more perfect,strong compatibility of popular science knowledge of mobile learning platform of urban rail transit,introduces the background of the implementation platform,overall design and main parts.Through the practical application shows that the mobile learning platform has high simplicity and flexibility,accessible to users anytime,anywhere learning.
