Construction of FULL-PACS containing multi PACS/RIS

This paper introduces FULL-PACS in China. Multi PACS/RIS have to be involved in FULL-PACS for the difficulty in system development and implementation. Standardization, normalization and integration have to be fulfilled. The way to construct FULL-PACS with poor standardization and normalization is discussed.
