The Application of Logic Algebra in PLC Control System

The design of a hardware used in a control system is introduced.That can be used in a chemical plant with a double-PLC backup.According to the working mode of relay,the formula of its logical relation is explored;logical algebra is applied to the control of the relay and PLC ladder design.With this method,the schematics of the control system could be achieved quickly and accurately.Complex schematics could be blocked first and then assembled,thus greatly enhancing the work efficiency.
