Organization is the Key to Providing High-Quality Services

The author holds that organization is the key to providing high-quality services,which is different from many people's point of view that service depends on service personnel.Organization needs investment,continuous planned and purposeful training of service personnel.Based on hardware,this paper expounds the important role that organization plays in providing high-quality services in terms of the building of platform,collection of information and continuous training.
