The classification of archives objects in institutions of hi gher lear ning is elaborated, the system stipulated in standard of filing work to put on r ecord in department is also discussed. According to comprehensive record system and its usage, and raising working level of archivists, etc, the advantages to p ut on record in department are summarized.
