Study on the Method of Fuzzy Clustering and Pattern Recognition for Relay

The method of fuzzy clustering and determining the optimal number were discussed and a mathematical model of F statistic was put forward based on fuzzy theory and statistical theory. In addition, the method of fuzzy pattern recognition was approached which made the performance evaluation of relay and its design to be realized.
