The emergence of cyber banks has brought about enormous changes to human life;though,it has also raised many new problems that need to be studied and solved.With the development of the cyber banks,the risks of network information security follow,too.This paper explains the risks of the technical security of cyber banks,'proposing some precautions against the security risks.
