Copy-right is one of the fundamental civil rights.Argone who prints,publishes,quotes,plagiarcies,distorts,tampens with any other's copy-righted works without the permission of the person concerned;or signs one's own name in any other's works or monopolizes a cooperative piece,including soffware programs and works on the web,must be held responsible for piracy and must be made to pay legal compensations according to the severity of the losses to the copy-right holder.
