Research of Server Performance Monitoring System Based on Anycast

For selecting the best server based on service performance, a performance monitoring system with flow control is proposed, and it is introduced into anycast server selection with the purpose of taking the system output, that is average response time, as an important metric of server selection. Finally by simulation ,it is certified that the system can accurately evaluate average response time. In addition an effective way to control network flow which may bring in by the system was found. In all it was proved that the performance monitoring system is effectiveness and reliability.
