Some Properties of the Arrangement without Small Cycle

The purpose of this paper is to establish some analysis and approach properties of the permutation number D k,n of length ≥k in permutation group by using generating function. From Vandermonde convolute formula, the differential equation of its generation function is given. At the same time, the congruence property is also obtained.
