Transfusion of blood components and nursing intervention effect observation

Objective To investigate the blood components infusion and nursing intervention.Methods Selected 60 the component of blood transfusion from December 2008 to December 2012 as the observed object,were randomly divided into intervention group and a control group of 30 patients in the intervention group before infusion,infusion and transfusion nursing intervention of the implementation of the system,the implementation of routine care control group,compared between the two groups of nursing satisfaction and transfusion reactions.Results The intervention group satisfaction of 93.3%,was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%),the two groups had a significant difference(χ2=4.237,P 0.05),the adverse of intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference(χ2 = 3.938,P 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of blood components infusion process system of nursing interventions help to improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and thus improve the clinical outcomes.
