Why is there Temporary Stability Time Difference Between two Kinds of Monostable Circuits

The monostable circuit can consist of the gate circuit and the 555 timing controller, but there is time difference between the two monostable circuits. The temporary stability time span of the gate circuit is 0.7RC, while that of the 555 timing controller is 1.1RC. What causes the differences and how to determine them? This paper researches into the two questions and tries to discover the resolution.
