Design of 1.5Bit DAC Unit Circuit

This paper completes the design of 1.5Bit resolution digital-to-analog converter unit circuit according to the input and output relationship truth table with CMOS technology.The design of circuit is optimized and improved to reduce the unit gate and use CMOS switches to expand the input and output analog signal scope.The DAC unit circuit is simulated and verified with Hspice.The result indicates that circuit can work effectively with 100MHz clock signal when input analog signal scope is between-1V to +1V.
