The design and implementation of the small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) customer management system is introduced in this paper.The system is developed using the technical tool such as VB,SQL Server.The system is designed used three C/S construction,including customer type administration module,client management module,reminder administration module and communication manage-ment module.It can achieve a variety of customer-related information in a systematic,standardized and automated.The practice result in-dicated that system operational and the security and the maintainability are all perfect and doing all humanity.
