Design and Implementation of Web-based Contract Management System

This article introduces an assembled contract management system which adopts popular B/S mode. The paper focuses on the whole function of the system, particularly on multilayer dynamic creation of the contract, content-based contract text management, contract output and data exchange with other systems. This can provide certain valuable reference for the design and research of other similar systems.
