A method of STS to evaluate software quality based on expert knowledge and neural network is put forward in this paper.Expert knowledge is used to modify the index so that it can be put into the model.The fuzzy synthetic evaluation is used to train the neural network through getting the data of training and texting.Then,this network is used to evaluate the software quality.The testing results and simulating show that this method is feasible and effective.
