Common problems and its avoidance in scientific writing

In the knowledge economy era,it is the essential quality and ability for researchers to write papers based on scientific research.Furthermore,it is also the important factors to enhance the scientific and technical innovation strength of the University.Many common problems,which are from title,Abstract,key words,preface,text and references,appear in the scientific writing.This paper,based on the common problems,puts forward a new opinion on avoidances,which attach importance to or is for the reference during writing scientific papers.
