A study on calculating and validation of target course and speed

The methods of calculating relative and Absolute course and speed of the sea and surface targets applied in radars are mainly proposed,and a discussion on a few of methods capable of improving the calculating accuracy of course and speed is made.Finally,a method to validate the calculating accuracy of relative and Absolute course and speed is given.
