This paper analyses factors, which influence the synthetically performance of communication network, the routing strive is based on the synthetically performance, dissertate some basic concepts and features of petri net and fuzzy petri Net, mod-eling rules of fuzzy petri net and system performance evaluation algorithm are proposed. A routing based on the Synthetically per-formance is put forward. A performance evaluation algorithm and routing algorithm is expounded as an example.
