CONSTRUCTION OF INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE MARINE AREA MANAGEMENT OF HAINAN PROVINCE

Although terrestrial area is small,Hainan has the largest marine area in China. The length of the coastline is about one tenth of China's total coastline,the legal sea area is about two thirds of China's total sea area.In order to achieve the goal of great maritime province',Hainan Provincial Marine management system was first established.The main components of this system are the basic information layer,the integrated information layer and the application service layer.Its main functions are application,approval and registration of sea area use, certificate print,store and update,enquiry and search,model analysis,product production and so on.
