The Automatic Control System for Tea Twisting Machine Based on PLC

The simply analyzes the principle of tea twisting. Then the whole design train of thought of automation control is proposed,which is divided into four subsystem:speed regulating,pressure control,the control of handling of leaves and display,taking PLC as the main control unit. The selection and connect of PLC are realized by simple analysis. The communication of the whole system is analyzed to establish Modbus communication protocol.
