Chinese Scraps of Paper Reconstruction Algorithm based on Gray Matrix

This paper analyzes the reconstruction problem of the scraps of paper,and establishes the model to solve the vertical cutting and aspect cutting. The main idea is to dispose gray value matrix of fragment for resconstructing the scraps of paper using location information of the text,the space distribution and the boundary information( the Connection of text) of fragment and so on. After that,the paper also reconstructs the B problem data ofHigher Education Press CupUndergraduate Mathematical modeling Competition in 2013,the Splicing efficiency is high,and the algorithm is feasible.
