It presents Yellow River Information Publishing System based on ArcTMS.The system provides the river state information which includes the natural geography,social economy,exploitation and renovation,the infrastructure of geographic information systerm,etc.It describes in detail the system design and structure and discusses ArcIMS user-terminal techniques based on HTML and JavaScript.
