Solution based on route protocol to Ad Hoc network's congestion

The performance of Ad Hoc network degrades quickly with the increasing traffic load with congestion in a single node being the main reason. The modified AODV is adopted, the traffic of link-layer is analyzed, then a traffic-balanced method is proposed. Ac- cording to the proposed method, network-layer and link-layer cooperates to reduce local congestion. The simulation results show that the method has improved the performance by 25 %~40 % under the different node destinies and movement speeds.
