Paradigm of Rights-power Balance:Reviewing China's Researches of Media and Judicature(1993-2009)

The researches of media and judicature have become important microscopic studies for more than a decade. By analyzing about 400 articles,the paper finds that a kind of research paradigm which can be called rights-power balancing paradigm is forming.The paradigm's prejudgment is the legality of media supervising.Its frame is the rightspower balance principle.Its academic ideal is relieving the tightness between media and judicature.
