The modelling of the optimal routes for the disaster inspection

Directed towards the problem of the optimal routes for the disater inspection, we established model by dividing field. By afilizing minimal Spanning tree、 dynamic programing model, the problems of group number、 time、 optimal routes were solved. Rational analysis and discussion about the relation among three variables were made.
