Trace of College Counsellors' Specialized Development and its Feasibility

Specialization of college counsellors concerns the issue of improving college students' ideological and political education.Making clear the trace of counsellors' specialized development and defining the standard of specialization are important prerequisites for promoting its specialization.Thus,it is important to improve counsellors' treatment,strengthen the service function,set positions in a scientific way and solve the problems that hinder the development of specialization.
