The fault diagnosis and maintenance for PLC

The check items and the maintenance methods were analyzed on the base of the PLC control system. Furthermore, the fault diagnosis pattern and diagnosis flow were researched and the diagnosis method was described especially for the input and output channels. Finally the reason causing fault and its solving method was analyzed
