Judicial Recognization of Certain Problems in Infringement Copyright Crime Under the Network Background

As a result of particularity of network environment,the important facors of infringement copyright crime are to take seeking a profit as the goal,duplication and release,the illegally obtained is big or has other serious circumstance,these factors present the different characteristics under the network background,recognizition of these important factors is more difficult than the general infringement copyright crime.In the judicial practice,the accurate recognizition of these important factors should unify its concrete characteristics under the network background.
