With the studying on the characteristics and their inter-relation of the average strengthening buffer operator, geometry average strengthening buffer operator, weigh average strengthening buffer operator, and weigh geometry average strengthening buffer operator the sequence, which increases or decreases slowly in the front but rapidly in the hind, becomes smooth with the strengthening buffer operators.The problem of the disaccord between quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is solved effectively in modeling forecasting.
