Description on indexes by interval number is applied to illustrate WSoS capability uncertainties.Under circumstances of inadequacy of indexes weight information,the TOPSIS methodology is applied in transferring weight calculation to a quadratic programming problem.According to interval multi-attribute decision methodology as well as models of capability indexes aggregation,a feasible methodology is proposed to solve the interval WSoS capability evaluation problem.
