3-D Measurement of Skull Modeling Based on Neural Network

The method of getting 3-D data of skull and reconstruction is studied through photographing skull modeling from several angles of view by ordinary digital camera.Most 3-D data of skull modeling is gotten through two steps:realizing the mapping from image coordinates to world coordinates using artificial neural networks;getting serials of matching points based on the point match of area relativity.Then,the 3-D measurement of skull modeling is achieved.The experiments prove the method is feasible in theoretical research and practical work.
