ESTABLISHMENT OF OVERSEAS CIS OF CHINESE RESOURCE ENTERPRISES

Corporate Identity System(CIS) is one of key channels of modern enterprise's culture and image,which is widely used in the western mining domain and now accepted by Chinese resource enterprises who are investing overseas,and trying to establish their own CIS.This paper,according to case and theoretical studies,from establishment of CIS and overseas resource development,discusses their key points,and attempts to set up a preliminary but workable CIS theoretical system for Chinese resource enterprises.
