Study on Structure Compensation by Inching Bolt Affecting the Temperature Characteristic of Coaxial Cavity Equalizer

A perturbation theory of electromagnetic fields is used in the coaxial cavity equalizer. Relating with the analysis on the change of physical parameter in equalizer working on electrical parameter, the method of structure compensation by metal bolt is put forward to meliorate the frequency excursion caused by temperature change in this paper. With single cavity structure as an example, the means is proved feasible aiming at temperature characteristic in equalizer debugging according to HFSS and the related experiment .
