A true meaning of IBS should be upgraded to the second level of structure intelligentize functionally.On the foundation of the general scheme presented by literature,this paper discusses the functions and its immanence logic relationship of the selfsensitive monitoring subsystem and selfdiagnosis subsystem.The scheme programmings are given respectively.The key problems to be solved firstly are indicated in the end of content.Also,the author proposed a corresponding research routine to these problems.
