An Improved Evaluation Method Based on Cloud Theory

The existing cloud model is improved by introducing cloud conceptualization and backward cloud generator and on the basis of existing cloud evaluation methods.The improved cloud model is utilized to evaluate the C4ISR system′s effectiveness,which enables all digital characters of remarks educed by training data instead of man-made.The improved cloud model can effectively avoid the subjectivity of evaluation process.
