New Method to Improve Control Capability of Rail Transport Controlled Document

According to the characteristics of the railway industry in the document management of changing version, multi-level issuance, the issuance of a wide range, timeliness requirements, etc, this paper analyzes the version control technology which is used in the computer software development process, without restructure existing rail transit document control process, and optimize the feature of version control technology, countermeasures the plan, which introduces the computer software development version control technology into rail transport document management work, so the quality of controlled document management is upgraded quickly, and the requirements of the quality management system can be met comprehensively.
