In Ad Hoc Networks, owing to many new characteristics such as inexistent Public Key Infrastructure, mutative topology and limitative resource, the security situation is different from traditional networks. In order to implement secure and efficient authentication in Ad Hoc networks,an identity-based group signature scheme which combines identity-based cryptograph and threshold signature based on joint secret sharing technique is proposed in this paper. The scheme analysis and the simulation statistics demonstrate that the scheme can not only save network bandwidth and computational power of mobile nodes, but also solve the problems such as the threshold group signature schemes cannot dispose the keys updating of nodes or withstand conspiracy attacks. The proposed scheme is applicable to Ad Hoc networks since it ensures the security and validity, and can control the calculation amount.
