Dialogue is an equal,open,free,democratic and harmonious conversation.It is also a process of cooperation on the basis of mutual trust and respect.The essence of editing is a dialogue on the basis of the equal relationship between subjects.Innovative editing must be realized through the equal relationship of dialogue among editor,author and reader.A Successfwl dialogne requires edifors not only to have wide-ranged Knowledge,pvofound inside informafion of culture,it also requives them to construct a system of dialogne,create fopics of dialogne,and grasp skills of dialogue.
