Study on concept space model based on the cloud theory
Xiaofeng Wang, Hong Lei · Computer Engineering and Applications Journal · 2010
Starting from cognitive science, this paper discusses the concept space theory proposed by Grdenfors, with the cloud model formalization of the concept space. As there are a lot of fuzzyness and uncertainty in the concept and property, this paper combines cloud model and Grdenfors concept space model, establishes a concept space model based on the cloud theory. And the concept of similarity is defined such as to form a new method of concept space-based cloud model. An insect instance of the conceptual classification is used in model experiment of the concept space. The concept space-based cloud model validity is verified by using static and dynamic two different methods.
