The Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system is compiled with Html,Jsp and Xml language,and the second development based on Ofbiz.The technologies such as Tomcat,Xml,Ant are combined in it.It offers the module of general,sale,contract,decision-making,service and popedom for the company,and let the manager know the process of each employee at any time,while the(employee) can know what to do the next.The salesman can precisely know the needs of the client,and makes the corresponding step and satisfy the client the most.
